What are your available shipping options?

All of our orders are shipped as fast as possible and generally take 4-8 business days (including processing times).

What is my expected delivery date?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not give estimated delivery dates at checkout. You will receive an estimated delivery date from the carrier when your order ships and your tracking updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, but we do not ship internationally at this time.

I made a mistake on my order. How do I change it?

Because we ship orders as fast as possible, we have very limited time to cancel orders. We ask that you reach out to us at support@vitalvitamins.us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant information. We can only help as long as your item has not processed to ship or has shipped. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed.

What if I input the wrong address?

If you have used an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible (support@vitalvitamins.us), as we are able to help only if your order has not processed or shipped. Please note: there is a very small window where we are able to change or cancel orders, and it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfill your request.
